Luke 10:2
2 He told them, "The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.
Jesus mentioned a contrast - the harvest is plentiful but the workers are few.
No problem with the harvest. There are plentiful.
3 Go! I am sending you out like lambs among wolves. 4 Do not take a purse or bag or sandals; and do not greet anyone on the road.
A prescription from Jesus is to pray. The Greek word Theomi used 22 times as forceful prayer. Pray earnestly with desperation.
Holy desperation and beg God to send forth workers to the labor field.
Pray that The Lord will send His labourers into the harvest field. It didn't say to send MORE labourers.
V3 Behold I am sending you !
Principle - when we pray for God for a solution, we need to pray that we are part of His solutions.
The Lord is saying : I cam use you and I want to use you.
The Lord said : I have heard and seen their suffering and I will save them and I am sending you, Moses.

God grows any church in any conditions.
Five Cries of the Church
1. Too many programs
2. Too few Volunteers
3. Leadership Direction is not clear
4. Leaders are not united.
5. Members are not discipled.
Symptoms of our Problem
1. Tired workers
2. Lack of Leaders
3. Lack of growth by conversion
4. Stagnant or struggling cell groups - not to be problem-centered
5. Struggling marriages
6. Broken relationships - divisiveness
7. Living in Sin
Why are there dying churches ?

Deception - No1 weapon of Satan, lies against the truth and spread half-truths

But the UNDERLYING PROBLEM is CHRISTIANS DO NOT DISCIPLE !

If Disciplemaking is so important, why is it so neglected?

4. A lack of Disciples
5. A lack of Conviction
